The Stoney Canyon Homeowners Association is comprised of 35 homes including a swimming pool, and spa. The community is in the master community of La Reserve. La Reserve is private master-planned gated community within the town of Oro Valley and located at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains.

It is comprised of over 700 homes offering a sense of community to its residents. The development of Stoney Canyon Homes began in 1985 continuing into 1987. Stoney Canyon homes were the first homes constructed in La Reserve.
